Clients we have worked with
“The library at Miserden was in a sorry state with damp affecting the majority of the books and a number with significant damage to the spine and boards. Nicole took control of the whole library, installing a moisture meter and insect traps to understand and advise on the atmospheric conditions, she delivered a training day to our cleaning team and then set about cleaning several hundred books. She quoted to repair the damaged books and worked through those over the last 18 months or so. She is thorough, meticulous and diligent. Her conservation work is carried out to an extremely high standard and to my mind strikes the perfect balance of repairing the book while retaining its character and patina. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.”
